Our oil & gas separator passed through a rigorous quality control, only a handful of fault conditions of air compressor are related to quality oil & gas separator.We have listed below the common cause which affect the use effect of gas &oil separator.
1.Air filter and oil filter have a certain life span and they should be replaced on time. You should not use low-quality air filter and oil filter.
2.When operating temperature is too high or quality of oil is poor,oil is easy to aging, oxidation, formation of jelly, congestion, pollution oil & gas separator. Then cause Differential pressure rise too fast.
3 Air compressor tank should be drained regularly, otherwise the filter easily corroded.
